Dollar Plunge Causes International Shopping Frenzy

Canadians, Asians, Europeans, and people from the Middle East are flocking to the United States to take advantage of favorable current exchange rates between their currencies and the American dollar, which is trading at its lowest rate since 1995.

The Euro, the Yen, the Pound Sterling are all showing dramatic advances over the U.S. dollar, some averaging in excess of 35%.

In this type of environment it is only natural that people and Companies are taking advantage of the situation by making major investments in the United States, and that foreigners are in a shopping frenzy to buy American goods.

An Israeli company recently purchased the Plaza Hotel in New York City and is turning it into Condos. Major Middle Eastern countries are gobbling up prime real estate at an unbelievable rate, and foreign investors have increased their investments in the U.S. Stock markets because in terms of their currencies, purchases of U.S. securities look like a relatively cheap bet.

New York City is inundated with Europeans and other foreigners looking for shopping bargains. They can buy quality retail goods much cheaper than in their own countries because the U.S. dollar is so cheap in terms of their exchange rates. An average hotel in New York City is now leasing for $800 a day, and there are few to be had.

All of this provides a wonderful platform for a shopping mall operation that has been smart enough to go International. With more than 1100 stores, it is in the process of converting its Website to a customer friendly multi lingual format and inviting people internationally to own their own shopping malls at no cost. So far people from more than 95 nations have joined.

Now Americans can take advantage of this trend towards globalization by facilitating a Buy America policy to take advantage of the decline in the value of the dollar. That’s why many people are flocking to New York to go shopping.

Why not give those people who are not able for one reason or another to shop in the United States, or don’t want to pay $800 for a hotel room, the opportunity to take advantage of great currency related bargains and make money at the same time. Why not invite them to have their own no cost shopping mall, which they can enjoy from the comfort of their own homes, by inviting them to join My Power Mall.
